In January, we hosted our first event with our newest partner Kingsbrook.
Kingsbrook is a family-run business that has been operating for the last 30 years, helping business owners sell their businesses. We welcomed businesses across Hampshire and West Sussex to our seminar at the Marriott Hotel, where we uncovered the importance of using tools like Valuebuilder to increase the profits in your business to optimise its sale price and attract any prospecting buyers.
The event was a massive success with many business owners walking away with the answers to their questions and we are excited to host more events like this one with Kingsbrook in the future.

On the last weekend of February, Steve travelled up to Birmingham for an ActionCOACH UK conference and luckily stayed longer than he expected to accept two awards for our office!
Steve walked away with ‘Best Client Results 2024’ Southern Central Region for his work collaborating with Meridian Medical. Meridian Medical is a leading medical device manufacturer and has been working with Steve for the last 5 years. In that time they have had an 800% Net Profit Increase and have doubled their sales!

Shortly after this win for Steve, our very own Sarah Williams was awarded ‘Business Coach of The Year 2024’ Southern Central Region for the third year running! However, Sarah was unable to collect this win herself as she was on holiday in Iceland.
We are so proud that Sarah has won this award for the third time and it is great to know that all of her hard work and dedication has been recognised by the wider community of coaches.
Welcoming Ellie onto the Team
Ellie Lovell joined the ActionCOACH team in December and has settled well into her role as a Marketing Executive and has already created and implemented new strategies into the business. Having a varied background in marketing, Ellie brings a strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing to the team.

Outside of work, Ellie loves going to the gym, socialising and travelling with her friends – She has already racked up 1,800 miles this month from going to Dublin, Manchester and London.
