Gary brings a wealth of experience to ActionCOACH, having worked as Chief Executive and Managing Director within various organisations. His experience covers both the corporate world and running SMEs. Gary left a very successful FTSE 250 company where he had grown sales by 400% to take on a small developing business listed on the Alternative Investment Market in the UK. His experience and success led him into looking for a more satisfying and enjoyable career where he could help other business owners to enjoy success.
He joined ActionCOACH UK in 2007 and now enjoys success in coaching small to medium-sized businesses. Gary has continued to develop himself which has resulted in him in being one of the top business coaches in the UK.

Sales and Marketing is just one of Gary’s strengths having established and managed sales offices worldwide securing 45% market share for a very successful Marine product. His experience is diverse with his career taking him through many industries including: Marine, Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Storage and Electronics. He has worked with companies with 15 to 250 team members.
His coaching experience now covers a wide range of industries including Accountants, Solicitors, Retail Outlets, Manufacturing, Construction and Service Sector.

Gary is passionate about relieving business owners from work-life stress and provides them with a strategic plan to help them create a team and streamline operations so they can step aside from their business and put time back into their personal lives.
Gary travelled around the world and led global brands but found his personal life took a major hit. Wanting to change this, Gary established ActionCOACH Portsmouth & Chichester to spend more time with his family. With a better work-life balance, Gary can enjoy his passion for fitness and sports which includes golf, cycling and water skiing he is committed to keeping fit. As well as spending time with his wife Kathy, sons and grandchildren.
