From the start…
Gary joined ActionCOACH in 2007 with the vision of supporting local business owners of all sizes to develop and progress so they could achieve their professional and personal goals. Gary hit the ActionCOACH Worldwide Top 100 coaches in 2012 and is now part of the Top 100 Club, ranking at number 3 in the UK.
The first steps towards ActionCOACH Portsmouth & Chichester developing into a firm began in 2013 when Steve became our second business coach. Steve has also hit the ActionCOACH Top 100 list and both Steve and Gary were inducted into the ActionCOACH Hall of Fame in September 2021.
In April 2017, we officially welcomed our third business coach Sarah who completed her training in June 2017. Sarah has since achieved Top 100 status and was awarded ‘Business Coach of the Year’ in 2020. In October 2021, she was awarded the Business Coaching South Central Best Clients Ratings 2021 award.
For three years running, the ActionCOACH Portsmouth & Chichester firm has been awarded the coveted ‘Coaching Firm of the Year’ award in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
