Gary founded ActionCOACH Portsmouth & Chichester almost 20 years ago after working in high-up director roles and travelling around the world. Over the years, Gary has helped hundreds of business owners get the most out of their businesses.

Steve has been working as a business coach for the last 10 years and has been a key fundamental part of the growth of ActionCOACH Portsmouth & Chichester as well as many of his clients. Most of them have been working with Steve for a number of years.

Being one of the longest standing team members, Liz is responsible for ensuring that the business runs smoothly as the businesses Personal Assistant and Business Administrator. Before AC, Liz was working in London as a Office Manager for a leading Hedge Fund company.

Georgie joined the team in 2023 and quickly became an important member of the team. With a background in management at a much loved bakery, Georgie's organisation skills ensures that our head office in Havant runs as smooth as possible.

Ellie started off her career in one of the top estate agents in Portsmouth - Building a successful marketing strategy surrounding social media and video. Since then she has developed her skills and worked in several different industries before joining us in 2023.
