Matt Helping Businesses In Portsmouth Expand Their Business Knowledge
Also in May, Matt had the exciting opportunity to speak at the B2B Expo, held at the iconic St Mary’s Football Stadium in Southampton.
Taking to the stage in front of a room full of ambitious business professionals, Matt delivered a high-impact session focused on practical strategies to support sustainable growth. His talk covered a range of critical topics that resonated with business owners at all stages of their journey. From improving operational efficiency to gaining control of the often-overlooked cash gap, Matt gave attendees actionable insights that could be immediately applied to strengthen their business foundations.
A key focus of the session was how to build a business that runs smoothly without being overly reliant on the owner or a few key team members, which is a common challenge that holds many organisations back from scaling. By highlighting the importance of creating systems, empowering teams and shifting the mindset from day-to-day firefighting to strategic leadership.
Sales and Marketing Masterclass – Turning Strategy into Sales Success
On Friday 30th May, we had the pleasure of hosting a special Sales and Marketing Masterclass at the Marriott Hotel in Portsmouth.
Led by our industry-leading business coaches, Sarah and Steve, the session brought together business owners, sales teams and marketing professionals who were ready to sharpen their skills and elevate their performance. With their combined experience and dynamic presenting style, Sarah and Steve delivered an engaging, hands-on workshop packed with valuable strategies and real-world advice.
The masterclass focused on two critical areas of business success:
- How to build a solid, actionable marketing plan that drives visibility, engages the right audience and delivers consistent leads: Attendees learned how to move beyond vague objectives and create structured campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- How to excel in sales, not just by talking about closing techniques but by mastering the full customer journey. From building rapport to understanding buyer psychology and handling objections, the session gave attendees the confidence and tools to close more sales consistently.
Throughout the workshop, attendees were actively participating, working through their own marketing plans and sales approaches. It was clear that everyone left with not only new knowledge but also a renewed sense of focus and motivation.
