An integral and celebrated part of the ActionCOACH Business Coaching team, Matt has vast experience in team management, leadership, finance, project management, customer relationship management, as well as sales and marketing.
Since joining ActionCOACH in 2019, Matt has continued to go from strength to strength, building strong and valued relationships with companies throughout the area, in a bid to drive referrals and run successful workshops.

Utilising his expertise and a number of different products in his tool box, Matt prides himself on being able to dramatically change a business’ cash position, enabling them to have complete visibility to make more informed decisions.
Focusing on giving businesses the necessary structure and skills required to optimise all growth opportunities, Matt leads 1-2-1 programmes and group programmes designed to hold business leaders accountable, whilst giving them the resources and systems they need to make sure they are setting themselves up to succeed.
OUTSIDE OF ACTIONCOACH PORTSMOUTH
Before finely tuning his skills with ActionCOACH, Matt was in charge of managing a variety of different hospitality venues such as restaurants, bars and cafés – focusing on driving sales through delivering a high level of customer service, championing employee engagement and overseeing successful management training programmes.
The fact that Matt was in charge of managing sites with turnovers ranging from £900K- £3m is a testament to his success and skillset. After all, tight financial management and knowledge are imperative to the success of any business, especially when it comes to hitting budgets and increasing margins.
Outside of ActionCOACH, Matt spends his time with his beloved dog Ralph, lifting weights at the gym and spending time socialising with his friends.
