Massive Client Win At an Awards Evening
A few months ago, we nominated Chichester Cars for an award at their local chambers and we are proud to announce that they won!
Chichester Cars is a family run garage in West Sussex that was been working closely with Steve, our director and leading business coach, to create strategies for growth that focuses around the delivery of their services.
The team at Chichester Cars has been noticed for their hard work and dedication and won, ‘Best Customer Service’ at The Chichester Chambers Awards 2024!
Chichester Cars has invested time and money over the years into their team to ensure that they all have the skillset to deliver the service that the garage promises. By taking the time to invest into their workforce, Chichester cars has been able to show the difference of themselves compared to their competitors which is made up of other local businesses as well as large corporate companies.
A massive well done to our client, as well as all the other winners on the night! It is great to see local businesses being recognised for all of their hard work!
Group Coaching is BACK!
In June we announce that our Group Coaching programme is back!
Group Coaching is an opportunity for smaller businesses in Hampshire and West Sussex to take advantage of businesses coaching at a fraction of the price. We are able to do this as we host several different businesses from across the South every 2 weeks.
We welcomes owners and directors into our office in June to have a special taster day of how the programme will work and we are hosting another taster session on Monday the 8th of July.

GrowthCLUB
Another quarter is coming to a close and another one is about to start! On the 20th of June, we were back again at The Marriott hotel in Portsmouth to host our famous GrowthCLUB workshop and we were joined by a very special guest speaker, James Vincent!
In the morning, our team welcomed all of our guests and used it as an opportunity to grab a drink, a snack and a chat with fellow attendees. Quickly after 9am, Gary Mullins welcomed everyone into the room and asked everyone to share their wins for the last quarter, which included:
- Treasure Gym: Second gym planning permission granted
- Vulcan Offshore: Double turnover results
- JRB Refrigeration: £1m turnover
- Aspect Electrical: Tackled challenges within their workforce
- Pathways To Hope: Gained time back outside of the business
After the introduction to the day, James Vincent, who is ActionCOACH UK’s Performance and Growth Director came to the stage to go through some of the ActionCOACH’s proven methods and strategies.
Once James had spoken, everyone joined together to network over some lunch with was provided by The Marriott Hotel in their main restaurant.
After lunch, Sarah, who is another one of our business coaches started the 90 day planning for the guests, showing them what they should include, how to set goals and how to create an actionable plan.
We host our GrowthCLUB every three months and is a full day event that has been designed to show business owners from across the South how to plan their next 90-days in business. As well as planning their next quarter, there is always the opportunity to educate with either a specially created workshop that the topic has been chosen by the last attendees or an industry leading speaker will come in and present.

Expanding Our Workshops to the Southampton Area
At the beginning of June we headed west to The Hilton Hotel in Southampton to host one of our FREE 6 Steps events.
We had a range of businesses join us from Southampton and Hampshire join us for the event and learn what the six fundamentals are to a more profitable business.
Having the opportunity to expand our workshops is a great opportunity for us to connect with new businesses who might not know what business coaching is and how valuable a service like ours is.

A Special Networking Event for Our Partnership Manager
In June, Matt, our Partnership’s Manager, went to the first conference day being ran by Bizpedia at the amazing Fairmont Hotel in Winsor.
Bizpedia is an exclusive business club that brings its members together on a quarterly basis to network, share ideas and partake in a variety of leisurely activities.
The first conference saw speaker Barry Hearn OBE talk about his successes and lessons in building a billion pound company and the succession planning to his son Eddie Hearn. Also to join him on stage was Maya Raichoora, who spoke about how to use visualisation and mindfulness to improve your life.
Following on from these amazing speakers, Matt joined the rest of Bizpedia’s guests for lunch and then some games out on the grounds of the hotel. These games included rock climbing, axe throwing and duck herding with Border Collies, which was no surprise Matt’s favourite activity of the day!
Finally, to finish off the day everyone joined together to network over some drinks and a BBQ on our very own private lawn!
