Since 2011, Steve has worked with small and medium-sized businesses across the south coast and helped business owners increase their profits, build high-performing teams and get their time back to work on their business, instead of in it.
Passionate about sharing his knowledge with local businesses, Steve runs programmes and workshops that help business owners develop their sales and marketing strategy, increase margins, implement frameworks to grow their businesses and more.
Steve uses the proven ActionCOACH systems together with his own experiences across small businesses and guarantees you will see a return on your investment within 17 weeks of starting a weekly coaching programme. His role as the coach will be to hold you accountable to do what you need to do to achieve big results. He will inspire and motivate you to achieve sales and profitability and the freedom you set out to get at the very start.

Knight Fencing was introduced to ActionCOACH Portsmouth and Chichester several years ago after Danny Knight, the Managing Director, was struggling to run the business as he was in too many areas which ultimately made him very stressed and strained his personal life.
With Steve’s help, Knight Fencing was able to implement new strategies into their business to streamline operations so Danny could focus on running the business rather than working inside it. With the strategies that were implemented, Knight Fencing has seen some amazing results which included increasing the annual turnover by £2.4 million.

STEVE'S WORK LIFE BALANCE
Outside of work Steve is married and enjoys sport. He relishes putting himself through difficult and different challenges. He has previously completed the London to Paris 24-hour bike ride, the Edinburgh Marathon and various other fun runs and challenges.
Steve is also passionate about his original mini Cooper. Given to him as a gift for his 17th birthday, he has piece by piece replaced and restored to its former glory. He now enjoys the occasional drive and track day in it. Steve has also been a member of the Round Table Association for 8 years now and sat as chairman of the association in 2019.
