ActionCOACH is a team of committed, positive and successful people who are always striving to be balanced, fair and honest. We will work within our 14 Points of Culture. to make sure that everyone who touches, or is touched by the ActionCOACH team, will benefit greatly and in some way move closer to becoming the person they want to be and achieve the goals they want to achieve. We will work in co-operation with all those who believe they are our competition. We are in the business of edutainment (education with entertainment). We will educate ourselves, our client and all those with whom we work, while we entertain them & create a fun learning environment. We will educate our clients in world class marketing and business development techniques using audio, video, CD’s, simple workbooks, workshops, seminar formats & other technologies.

Steve Mullins

Steve has spent his career to date working in small and medium sized businesses. For the last 6 years he has been part of ActionCOACH Portsmouth. Here he has learned and practiced all the elements of managing a successful small business with particular emphasis on sales and marketing. As part of ActionCoach, Steve has seen first-hand the hugely positive impact that coaching makes to small and medium sizes businesses and this has developed his passion for sharing his knowledge with more local businesses. With Steve’s greatest area of expertise being in sales and marketing - both business to business and business to consumer, his first objective is to help get growth in your business, growth in sales and growth in profit.

Outside work Steve is married and enjoys sport. He relishes putting himself through difficult and different challenges. He has completed a London to Paris, 240 miles in 24 hours, charity cycle ride, has completed the Edinburgh marathon and this year is looking to take on his first 12 mile assault course.

Gary Mullins

Gary has worked for the past 8 years as a certified Business Coach with ActionCOACH, the World’s #1 Business Coaching Franchise (Entrepreneur Magazine, Jan. 2004 & 2005). I have enjoyed helping hundreds of businesses. Gary brings a wealth of experience having worked as Chief Executive and Managing Director within a variety of organisations. His experience covers both the corporate world and running SME's. He left a very successful FTSE 250 company where he had grown sales by 400% to take on a small developing business listed on the Alternative Investment Market in the UK. His experience and success led him into looking for a more satisfying and enjoyable career where he could help other business owners to enjoy success whilst owning his own business. Gary joined Action Coach in 2007 to realise this goal and now enjoys success in coaching small to medium sized business.

Gary is a very well qualified business coach with a successful track recorded in business and strategic management, sales and marketing, engineering and team building. He has dealt with a number of acquisitions and joint ventures not just in the United Kingdom.

Living and working in the South of England he fully appreciates the opportunities which exist for business in a thriving business community. Having worked internationally and led world leading brands he can bring a wealth of international experience covering the America's, Europe, Africa and Asian Pacific.

Gary’s experience is diverse with his career taking him through many industries including, Marine, Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Storage and Electronics. Working with companies with 15 to 250 team members.

Sales and Marketing is just one of his strengths having established and managed sales offices worldwide securing 45% market share for a very successful marine product.

Away from work Gary celebrated his 31st wedding anniversary with Kathy in 2015. He has three sons Chris, Steve and Matt aged 28, 26 and 24 years old. Gary’s family is his strength and they have helped him to become the person he is today. With a passion for golf, cycling and water-skiing he is committed to keeping fit.

He believes “Being in business should be fun and allow you to succeed whilst maintaining a balance with the other important things in life."

Aaron Burns – New Business Sales Executive

Aaron joined ActionCOACH in July 2015. Aaron has a proven background in sales and started his career 8 years ago. He decided to make the move into the business coaching sector as he saw it as a perfect fit alongside sales and marketing to really prove where businesses are able to develop and grow, giving businesses a clear understanding of their performance. His day to day jobs include making contacts with new and existing prospects, following up with seminar attendees and helping new customers through their journey with ActionCOACH. In his spare time he is a keen footballer who regularly plays in 5 and 7 a side teams, he is also a fan of Liverpool FC.

Alice Langton - Marketing Assistant

Alice joined ActionCOACH Portsmouth in March 2016. Alice has previously worked in a precision engineering company as a Marketing Assistant and worked with a business coach to develop a new brand and position for the business. Alice now works on executing new marketing strategies, keeping in touch with our clients via email and ensuring our customers are always kept up to date by organising our business events.

Katarina Karaskova– Business Administrator

Katarina joined ActionCOACH in July 2016. Katarina has previously worked as a reception manager at a privately owned hotel on the Isle of Wight. Katarina now looks after all administation for the ActionCOACH Portsmouth office, raising invoices and organising our social events. Katarina is first port of call for all of our clients as well as PA to Gary and Steve. Katarina loves to travel and visit new countries around the world.

Reece Windle - New Business Sales Executive

Reece joined ActionCOACH in July 2016. Having previously worked for Protected, Reece is looking to progress his career in sales and learn more about the benefits of business coaching. Reece's tasks include introducing the ActionCOACH brand to new prospects and staying in touch with seminar attendees and clients. Reece is a keen traveller and Chelsea supporter, he also plays the guitar.
